We painstakingly craft each of our items with high standards.

Returns- We love your selected piece, but if you don’t, you have thirty days from the date of purchase to send it back to us for a refund. The item must be returned in original condition.

Loss - If you lose a stone or bend your ring due to strenuous work, let us know and we will work out a solution. We want you to be happy. It may be impossible to find an exact stone stone again.

Faulty- If you receive and item that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. We will pay return shipping on that item. We stand behind all of our products.

Seconds- Wonky Donkeys -throughout our website we have products labeled Wonky Donkeys. They may have some minor defects or be soldered a smidge crooked. They are significantly discounted. They should be able to be worn with no problems. Please let us know if you have any concerns, or encounter a defect concerning the actual wearing of the piece.
